No, you're definitely not! Bikinis are like painted bra and underwear! There is no difference, except maybe the type of fabric (which has no real bearing. It's basically underwear). Take away the water and beach and people would be looking at strangely at you. Shorts are immodest...that's just a fact. And they are totally unnecessary. People just have no shame.
